The flat is equipped with armoured door, sound-proof thermal windows, electric shutters, air conditioning (with surcharge on request) and consists of: living room/kitchen carefully furnished with sofa bed, 32" LCD colour TV, cooking area with large fitted kitchen, complete with utensils and crockery, with four-burner hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, two-bowl sink, fridge with separate freezer; walk-in wardrobe, large windowed bathroom with 140 x 70 cm shower stall and hairdryer, designer china and faucets; bedroom with slatted double bed and somier bed, convertible into a bunk bed (sleeps 5 in total), safe, Wi-Fi connection; laundry and winter heating.

General conditions for the use of the flat.
Arrival and Departure
- Cottages and flats are available from 5.00 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival.
- They must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the last day of stay.
Period of stay
- Customisable living rooms on request.
- Weekly (Saturday to Saturday / Sunday to Sunday).
- Fortnightly (Saturday to Saturday / Sunday to Sunday).
- Monthly (Saturday to Saturday / Sunday to Sunday).
Equipment of cottages and apartments
- All villas and flats have a reserved parking space or garage (for a fee).
- They are fully furnished, air conditioned (on request for a fee) and heated; they are also equipped with everything you need, except bed, bath and table linen (on request for a fee).
- Blankets, pillows and bedspreads are available in the flats
Housekeeping
The flats must be returned clean and tidy as found; otherwise the sum of cleaning and tidying up will be charged:
- € 70.00 for two-room flats
- € 105.00 for three-room flats
- €140.00 Villa Rina 2.
Prices
- The rent includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, LCD or Led colour TV, safe.
- Final cleaning obligatory: Two-room apartments € 70,00; Three-room apartments €. 105,00; Four-room apartments/Villini €. 140,00
- Tourist tax €.1.20 per person
- A deposit of 30% of the agreed rental amount must be paid for the reservation; the balance upon arrival, when the keys are handed over.
