Welcome to Villa Rina
A structure consisting of two independent units, in a central area fifty metres from the sea, in a quiet, breezy and peaceful location, close to the new dock and the town's characteristic piazzetta.
The building is on the ground floor only; it has been completely renovated, equipped with air conditioning and all comforts. It is the fusion of an Art Nouveau body of a 1930s maritime house and a minimalist, newly built structure. The complex, unique for the heterogeneous character of its volumes in which past and present are compared and in architectural balance, is composed of two adjacent flats, completely independent, with private gardens, fenced with a wrought-iron gate, rich in Art Nouveau-inspired decorations, with private parking spaces.
Villa Rina 1
The smaller unit (Villa Rina 1) consists of: a bright living room furnished with care, with a double sofa bed, 26" LCD colour TV; kitchenette complete with utensils, crockery, four-burner cooker, extractor hood, traditional oven, microwave oven, two-bowl sink, fridge with separate freezer; bedroom with double slatted bed (sleeps 4 in total), air conditioning (on request, for a fee) and safe; windowed bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer; large fenced-in courtyard with outdoor furniture equipped for outdoor situations, Wi-Fi connection and winter heating
Villa Rina 2
The largest unit (Villa Rina 2) consists of: large, bright and well-furnished living room with double sofa bed, 42" LED colour TV; large separate kitchen area with fitted kitchen complete with utensils, crockery, four-burner cooker, extractor hood, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge with separate freezer and dining area; master bedroom with double slatted bed and bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, washing machine second bedroom with double slatted bed, 32" LCD colour TV and walk-in wardrobe; third bedroom with double slatted bed and single slatted bed (sleeps 9 in total), second windowed bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer; safe and air conditioning (extra charge on request); large fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture equipped for outdoor situations, Wi-Fi connection and winter heating.
