General conditions for the use of the flats

Arrival and departure

The villas and apartments are available from 17,00 on the arrival date given.
They have to be left by 10,00 on the last day of holiday.

Period of Stay

Weekly (from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday).
Fortnightly (from Saturday to Saturday/Sunday to Sunday, from 1 to 15 or from 16 to 31).
Monthly (from Saturday to Saturday or from 1 to 31).
Special offers for weekends and short periods.

Included in the Villas and Apartments

The villas and apartments all include private parking or garage.
They are completely furnished, air-conditioned (on request and payment) and with heating; they also include the necessities, bed-linen, towels and tablecloths (on request and payment).
The apartments all have blankets, pillows and bed covers.

Cleaning:

All flats must be left in good conditions tidy and clean as they were on arrival day otherwise a sum of €. 50,00 euro for the apartments and of €. 100,00 for Villa Caterina will be charged for the cleaning service.

Prices

The rent includes parking, water, electricity and gas.
Extra payment for air-conditioning, cleaning, bed-linen, beach services and beauty center. When booking we require a 30% deposit of the booking price, the rest of the payment on arrival, with the key.

Stay formulas

Formula apartment (the more traditional service) which includes: apartment / villa, water, electricity, gas, one parking space and final cleaning.
Formula Residence (the most complete service All-Inclusive) which includes: apartment / villa, Water, electricity, gas, an umbrella and two chairs at the sea, air conditioning, a parking space, final cleaning, towels (2 times a week), sheets (once a week).
