Sept 9 - 15th, weather was (generally) perfect for family and kids, mid to high 20°'s
Beach was less than 5 min walk, great sand and shallow swim areas
Excellent location for base and either short drives, or with young kids quite easily just stay put for the week.
Excellent location for Misano
Local grocery stores were a bit poor and badly stocked, maybe due to end of season.
Some of the beach "porters" were miserable and borderline rude.
We got away with a Passat Estate, but Gabicce really isn't for cars, especially larger one, not a dislike, more a note ref parking.

We stayed in Villa Rina 1 for three weeks and it was excellent in every way and exactly as described on the Internet. Very moden, clean and the owner could not have been more helpful. Parking, although a little tight, was a bonus. Rubbish collection instructions were easy to follow and very frequent. The air conditioning was superb and the villa was beautifully cool to return to after an afternoon in the sun. The Villa is all on one level, without steps, and very suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. We would definitely stay there, or in another of the owner's properties, again.
