Penthouse Green 4
Located on the first mezzanine floor, it serves a long balcony of 7 sqm. It has been designed with the latest building technologies.
The flat is equipped with soundproofing thermal windows, air conditioning in all rooms, winter heating, and consists of: a carefully furnished living room with sofa, (double bed), 42" LED colour TV, SAT TV, induction cooker complete with utensils and crockery, combined microwave oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, sink, fridge with separate freezer, safe, Wi-Fi connection, laundry room.
The large bathroom is windowed, with a large shower cubicle, equipped with a hairdryer, designer sanitary ware and faucets.
The large room furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed, the second room with a double bed (5/6 beds in total).
